Harkins Real Estate, Inc. was founded in 1957 by Kenneth P. Harkins.

We are licensed Auctioneers and Real Estate brokers in the States of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. We have experience in all types of properties; residential, commercial and industrial. Our clients have included individual owners, mortgagees, banks, FDIC, attorneys for estates, conservators, etc.

Through our years of experience and contacts we are able to target market properties resulting in a much higher percent of sales to third parties.

We have a professional team of experts who know how to find the unique selling points of sites, arrange for access and most importantly, control an auction so as to produce the highest value for the client.

We provide full service, ranging from inspection, consulting, marketing, preparing sales contracts and follow-up reports so as to satisfy a Ruebeck Affidavit or supporting evidence for court cases.

We are members of the Massachusetts Auctioneers Association and the New Hampshire Auctioneers Association, the National Auctioneers Association as well as members of the local Board of Realtors and State and National Realtors Associations.
