Clay & Company is a Houston-based commercial real estate auction/brokerage company serving the needs of governmental agencies, financial institutions, insurance companies, and individuals in the State of Texas.

The company was formed in July of 1991 by Timothy K. Clay. Mr. Clay is a 25-year veteran of the Texas commercial real estate market and prior to forming the company spent 6 years with Fuller Real Estate Services. While with Fuller, Mr. Clay became involved with real estate auctions in order to develop a more expedient alternative to disposing of property. He has been involved in over 80 commercial real estate auctions with sales totaling over $500-million. Properties sold include office buildings, retail properties, multi-family units, industrial facilities, farms, ranches, and undeveloped acreage.

Clay & Company's clients include the Small Business Administration, Washington Mutual, GE Capital, Compass Bank, First Interstate Bank of Texas, N.A., Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., the United States Bankruptcy Courts and individual property owners.
